By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
💬 Develop Fluency & Interactive Speaking
Speak with greater fluency and reduced hesitation on common social and professional topics
Use a range of linking expressions (e.g., on the other hand, in my opinion, however) to organize spoken ideas
Participate in conversations with native speakers and manage turn-taking, clarifying, and responding naturally
Apply modal verbs, question forms, and conditional structures during role plays and debates
🗣️ Present and Describe with Clarity
Give clear, structured spoken descriptions on familiar and workplace topics
Explain personal viewpoints, including advantages and disadvantages of different options
Use a range of tenses (present perfect, past continuous, future forms) for storytelling or explaining processes
Practice paraphrasing and using synonyms to avoid repetition
📝 Structured & Purposeful Writing
Write detailed texts such as essays, reports, or emails on familiar subjects
Express arguments for and against a position using appropriate linking phrases (e.g., firstly, moreover, on the contrary)
Structure ideas into clear paragraphs with topic sentences and supporting details
Apply correct use of comparatives, modals for speculation (might, could have), and relative clauses
📚 Grammar in Context
Strengthen control of key B2 structures, including:
Passive voice
Reported speech
Conditional sentences (zero, first, second, and mixed)
Modal verbs for advice, obligation, and deduction
Improve accuracy and range of grammar through guided exercises, speaking tasks, and writing prompts
